Who we are

Whole Again Nutriceuticals (Pty) Ltd (“Whole Again”, “we”) runs this website. You can reach us on +27 (0)10 109 6177 or at info@whole-again.co.za.

By using this site you undertake and warrant that you have read and fully understand this privacy notice and you fully understand our privacy practices.

What we collect, and why

  • Contact form: your first name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you. We ask for your consent before you send the form.
  • Trade account applications: the practice or pharmacy name, business type, contact details, delivery address, VAT number, contact person and trade references. We use them to assess the application (including contacting the trade references you give), to open and manage the account, to deliver orders and to send invoices and statements. We ask for your consent before you send the form.
  • Trade orders: the account number, the name and contact details of the person ordering, the products and quantities, and delivery notes. We use them to process, deliver and invoice the order.
  • Marketing (only if you opt in): if you tick a box on the account application, we send product news, training and event invitations by the channels you chose (email, SMS or WhatsApp). The boxes are never ticked for you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@whole-again.co.za or using the unsubscribe link in any message, and we stop within a reasonable time.
  • Orders (at launch): the details needed to process, deliver and support your order, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

What we do not collect

  • We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we set no tracking cookies.
  • The Balance Finder and Know your numbers run entirely in your browser. Your answers and health numbers are not stored or sent to us.
  • The chatbot answers from information on this site. Your conversation stays in your browser for the visit (session storage) and is not sent to us.
  • Your cart is kept in your browser (local storage) so it is there when you return. You can clear it by emptying the cart or clearing your browser data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email and payment providers, under agreements that protect it, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and order records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email info@whole-again.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version here.
