REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
At Whole Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been opened.
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@whole-again.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process the refund and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
We aim to process all returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
