    N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is an amino acid used as a mucolytic in bronchial and lung disorders. NAC supports both the liver and kidney by promoting detoxification. NAC also has the ability to chelate and remove heavy metals.

    NAC increases the recovery process after strenuous exercise.

    NAC minimises oxidative stress and assists with anti-ageing, longevity, mood and relaxation.

    Each tablet contains the following as active ingredient:

    • Cellulose
    • Magnesium stearate
    • Gelatin capsule (vegetable origin)

    Contains no animal products. 

    Free from:
    Gluten, wheat, salt, sugar, dairy, soya, yeasts, preservatives, artificial flavours and colourants.

    Suitable for vegans.

    Dosage

    Adults and children over 12 years of age.  Take 1 capsule daily or as advised by your healthcare provider.
    To help prevent hangovers and reduce alcohol related liver toxicity, take 4 capsules with 2 large glasses of water immediately after drinking.  Can be taken without meals.  Ideally take 1000 mg of Vitamin C daily when taking NAC to enhance its effectiveness.
